I love smoothies and milkshakes but sometimes it it hard to find recipes that are healthy. And I love me a good mixed berry smoothie so here I am today to share a quick recipe with you. I know I haven't been posting recipes and yummy food as much on here as I would like and that is because I am at college and a dorm microwave just doesn't seem to cut it. But hopefully when I sneak home here and there I can whip up some yummy stuff to share with you guys. Now for the recipe.
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) and by mixed berries I mean blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries.
1 cup Fat-free Cool Whip.
1 cup Fat-free Frozen Yogurt.
1/4 cup Fat-Free Milk
2 tbsp Honey
1. If you are used fresh berries then skip this step but if you are using frozen then microwave the berries until they are soft and unfrozen (so they blend easier). 2. Put the ingredients in blender milk, honey, frozen yogurt, cool whip and berries. 3. Blend. 4. Had Cool Whip to middle of smoothie and top or as desired.
There you go, a super yummy and healthy snack. As you can tell I like Cool Whip way to much, but it is good all the same.
About 200 Calories per 16oz.
have you ever tried eating them with flavored granola?? The. Best.

Hi Carlee!
ReplyDeleteOMG, Yummm! Except I don't like Cool Whip, I think it has a weird flavor, I like homemade whip cream, but it is way more work. Go figure, lol! This sounds delicious, though! I'll have to try it! Thanks for the recipe. The warm raspberry pancakes below also look delicious <3
Hope you're having a good weekend!
