The 4th

Happy Independence Day! I can't believe it is already July 4th. This summer is going by so fast. I love the 4th of July. Not only the BBQ's and fireworks but also just the sense of patriotism that is in the air.

Outfit details
Shirt: American Eagle
Shorts: DIY
Belt:Oldnavy
Shoes: Converse

As you all know, my boyfriend is in the military and going through basic training right now. I am so proud of him and on this day I am thinking of him and what he is/will do for our country.

I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th. Today I am working a half day then I will be eating watermelon and fried chicken and watching fireworks tonight!

  2. Aw, this is so cute! I love the shorts:) And ohmygoodness, summer really is flying by! I guess they all say that the 4th of July marks the middle of summer (Memorial and Labor Day being the beginning and end). It needs to slow down!

Happy 4th to you too! Tell your boyfriend thank you:)

  8. These shorts looks great! So many people try to make them, but they rarely come out as professional looking as yours do. Well done!
