Warm raspberry pancakes

I am a huge breakfast fan. You know one of those people that will eat breakfast anytime of the day. Yep that's me. Pancakes are one of my favorite breakfast foods to make. There are easy and you can put anything in the batter or on top for a totally unique pancake experience! What could be better.
 You'll need
Frozen raspberries
Maple Syrup
Buttermilk Pancake mix
Water

I'm not going to lie, I use the just add water pancake mix. Easiest thing on earth. I do want to try making pancakes from scratch but that is for another day.
Directions
So make pancakes. I use a griddle so I can make large quantities if needed. I wait until the side is bubbling to flip it over and that usually gives you the nice golden brown look! Ok now that you have your pancakes. Microwave 1/8 cup of frozen raspberries (per pancake) for about 1 minute. Take out mush up and stir. Microwave for another minute. Should be hot! Poor on top of pancakes and drizzle with Maple Syrup! Yum.

Breakfast is my favourite meal & time of day. Is there a breakfast you eat most? I usually always eat porridge but should mix it up with these pancakes.

Your blog is lovely, by the way <3

  14. these look great! I'm a little perplexed as to why you use a packet mix though, pancakes are just milk, flour and eggs?
