Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies w/ egg substitute.

So I actually didn't plan on using an egg substitute in these cookies. But I got half way through putting the ingredients into the mixer and I realized that we didn't have anymore eggs. So I did a quick Google search and used the below substitue. It took really well actually and I couldn't even tell the difference before these with eggs or without. And that is good!
You'll need
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Crunchy
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg substitute (1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon water, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda)

Set oven to 350 and bake for 8 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
